Message to hold more HP ,So they made a pressure plate with a much greater clamping force then anything else on the market. In doing so problems arose in getting the clutch to release enough. The slave that now comes with the high clamping force RPS MAX clutches have a smaller diameter piston.
The smaller piston in the slave allows the clutch to release more with the same pedal stroke.
